The National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington reports current morning temps are in the 30s & 40s with readings close to 50 degrees up across northeast Maryland.
The NWS reports that will change by 1 p.m. as temperatures will take a 20-30 degree plunge into the teens & 20s.
