Baltimore County Police Department Violent Crimes detectives are currently investigating the circumstance surrounding a shooting that occurred in the 7500 block of Belmont Avenue in Dundalk at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 4.
Officers located a male juvenile who was suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives believe this incident stems from a vehicle theft, and as they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, they are asking anyone with information concerning the case to contact 410-307-2020.
