Detectives have charged 31-year-old Dariel Williams with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, motor vehicle theft and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence from a Dec. 25 incident in Bowleys Quarters.
The suspect remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
