Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit arrested, and charged 30-year-old Christopher Hutchinson with Second Degree Rape following their investigation into an incident that occurred on July 24, 2022.
Christopher Hutchinson is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Detectives are seeking information from anyone with knowledge about this case, or any other potential victims.
