Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the area of Merritt Boulevard and Holabird Avenue in Dundalk for a motor vehicle collision Saturday, Aug. 5, at approximately 11:40 p.m.
Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Crash Team determined a 2023 Kawasaki KLX 110R, an off-road dirt bike, was traveling east on Holabird Avenue, and a 2022 Hyundai Elantra was traveling southbound on Merritt Boulevard.
Both vehicles entered the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Holabird Avenue, and the Hyundai collided with the Kawasaki.
The driver of the Kawasaki, 33-year-old Jessica M. Schuman, was ejected and transported to a local area hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
The Baltimore County Crash Team continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash.
