Baltimore County Police Officers responded to the 1900 block of Graves Court in Dundalk for a pedestrian crash involving a roll-off truck on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team determined this incident occurred as the truck was traveling toward an exit gate at a facility along Graves Court and 21-year-old Maynor A. Ortega-Garcia was attempting to cross in front of the vehicle.
Following the crash, medics transported Ortega-Garcia to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver remained at the scene. Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash.
