Crews from the North Point Edgemere Volunteer Fire Department reported a motor vehicle crash between a tractor trailer and a car on Wednesday that sent a person to Shock Trauma.
The crash was reported in the 4500 block of North Point Blouevard in Edgemere around 8 a.m.
Upon arrival, one patient was heavily trapped. Person was extricated by crews and sent to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with a medivac.
The person was listed in critical condition.
