The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company department reported power outages, stuck elevators, fire alarms and vehicle crashes in the area.
Multiple vehicles were stuck in flooded roadway on Northpoint Road near Kane St and Pulaski Highway near Erdman Avenue near the County/City line.
There was also an emergency call for a stuck vehicle near the Whiskey River Tavern in the 6000 block of Rolling Mill Road around 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Another call was made for an elevator malfunction in the 8800 block of Franklin Square Drive.
WMVFC also reported Eastern Boulevard between White Marsh Boulevard and Martin Boulevard was closed in both directions due to live electric lines down across the road around 5:45 p.m.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect until 10 p.m.
