The Golden Coral Buffet and Grill on Rossville Boulevard in Fullerton has closed after two and a half decades at its location.
There were rumor circulating all over social media last week that the restaurant would close on Jan. 1.
The speculation was true as the restaurant closed with a sign on the door on the first day of 2024.
“Thank you allowing us to serve you for the past 24 years. We will miss you,” said the sign.
The windows have also been boarded up. There was no explanation on why Golden Corral closed. The sign on the door invited customers to visit the chain’s restaurant in Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover, but it appears the Aberdeen Golden Corral is still open.
