County Giving Out Chromebooks on Wednesdays

Baltimore County Department of Economic and Workforce Development is giving away Chromebooks to income qualifying households Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon at the Eastpoint Career Center.

Households must earn less than or equal to 200 percent of the federal poverty level, been enrolled in the federal Affordable Connectivity Program or participate in government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC.

Baltimore County reported distributing over 1,200 laptops so far.
