Baltimore County announced that due to freezing temps, the Baltimore County Freezing Weather Shelter will be open Tuesday, Nov. 22 and Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Check-in is from 6 to 10 p.m. and the hours are from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.
The shelter is at the Eastern Family Resource Center, 9150 Franklin Square Drive in Rosedale.
