The Perry Hall Improvement Assocation will hold a special meeting for Impacts of Master Plan on Perry Hall on Wednesday, June 28 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Perry Hall Library meeting room.
“Baltimore County is in the process of amending the County Master Plan. The Master Plan proposes two distinct place types for our area. The purpose of the meeting is to develop a response to development in the absence of a proposed land-use map, as well as the upcoming Comprehensive Zoning Map Process. We need to discuss impacts of the Master Plan on our community and our PHIA response.
