Chesapeake Gateway Chamber Holding School Supply Drive

The Chesapeake Gateway Chamber of Commerce is collecting school supplies for students in eastern Baltimore County and is asking for the public’s help.

The supplies needed include backpacks, binders, dividers, pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, colored pencils, scissors, rulers, glue sticks, highlighters, markers, glue, composition books and paper.

Financial donations also welcome, so that additional supplies can be purchased.

The school supply drive will take place until Friday, Sept. 9.

Supplies can be dropped off every Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Essex Farmers’ Market at the Essex Park and Ride at 23 Eastern Blvd. (by the Back River bridge.)

Items can also be dropped off at the Chamber office at 415 Williams Court, Suite 102, Baltimore, MD 21220, but please call or email in advance to set up a time for delivery at 443-317-8763, or  info@chesapeakechamber.org.
