The Maryland Transportation Authority has rescheduled their date to allow access to Broening Highway is via existing turnaround from Inner Loop I-695, onto Outer Loop, to Broening Highway (Exit 44).
The new date is now scheduled for Monday, May 20.
The MDTA also announced tolling operations at the I-695 turnaround are not in effect when the road opens on Monday.
The MDTA will reassess the status of I-695 turnaround tolling operations in late June and will issue additional public notifications as those determinations are made.
