Heat Advisory Issued for Region

The National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington issued a heat advisory for much of the area between noon and 8 p.m today.

Heat index values this afternoon will range between 100-105 degrees. If spending extended times outdoors please stay hydrated & take plenty of breaks.

Also don’t forget about the pets this time of year.
