The Baltimore County Emergency Management is preparing for the possibility of inclement weather in the area on Thursday, Dec. 15.
“Our first blast of winter weather is on the way early Thursday morning. Precipitation may start as a wintry mix/freezing rain. Wintry mix will transition to rain,” said a statement from Baltimore County Emergency Managment.
