Baltimore County Police report 11-year-old Marlei Byers (4’9″, 100 lbs.) is missing.
He was last seen at 7 p.m. on Sept. 24 in the Middle River area wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, light gray shorts, light blue Croc shoes.
