Baltimore County Police released more information on the Nov. 1 fatal shooting in Middle River.
According to police, an officer from the Essex Precinct was on routine patrol in the 2200 block of Hawthorne Road in Middle River when they located a male suffering from a gunshot wound approximately 7:15 p.m.
The victim was transported to an area hospital and was pronounced deceased.
Currently, homicide detectives are awaiting autopsy results.
The identity of the person remains unknown.
