Officer A. Franconia and Officer J. Kaur were both named Essex Precinct 11 Officers of the Month.
Here is the release from Baltimore County Police:
“Officer Franconia has distinguished herself by investing every call for service with tenacity and dedication. Supervisors say she exudes positive energy, had several clearances and demonstrated a keen attention in one notable case.
“Kaur has build a strong relationship with the business community. In addition her case clearance, she volunteered on her day off to attend a Trunk or Treat and regularly checks in with kids at area schools to see how they are doing.”
