Council Preserves Land in Bird River Beach Area

Baltimore County 5th District Councilman David Marks announced the Baltimore County Council preserved land in Middle River on Monday night.

“The Baltimore County Council preserved another 35 acres, permanently protecting undeveloped land at 736 Earls Beach Road in the Bird River Beach area,” Marks said.

“This purchase creates a continuous area of 389 acres protected from development, helping to ensure less damage to the Bird River, which has historically been impacted by severe sediment pollution.”
