Baltimore Gas and Electric will install a four-mile power cable on Saturday, Sept. 14, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m., weather permitting.
Drivers can expect a right-lane and shoulder closure of the two-lane ramp from the inner loop and outer loop of I-695 near the MD 702 interchange in Essex.
Drivers should stay to the left to access both directions of I-695.
The single-lane ramp closures on both loops will be in effect the entire day.
Drivers should plan additional drive time during the work hours.
