Councilman Marks: Tree Maintenance at Perry Hall Mansion

Baltimore County Councilman David Marks has announced that tree removal and replanting will occur at the historic Perry Hall Mansion, which is owned by the county. The trees identified for removal have been evaluated by the county’s arborist. It is expected the removal will occur at Perry Hall Mansion in early December.

Remove 30″ Black Locust in rear of 3905 Meeting House Road.
Remove (4) 8″ Siberian Elms in rear of 3905 Meeting House Road.
Remove (3) 14″ Siberian Elm in rear of 3905 Meeting House Road.
Remove 22″ Siberian Elm in rear of 3905 Meeting House Road.
Remove 12″ dying Black Cherry in rear of 9831 Fox Hill Road.
Remove 32″ dead White Pine in rear of 9829 Fox Hill Road.
Remove 38″ & 22″ storm damaged White Pines on ground in rear of 9829 Fox
Hill Road.
Remove 46″ storm damaged White Pine on ground on left side of Mansion.
Remove 25″ storm damaged White Pine on ground on left side of Mansion.
Remove 12″ snapped and hanging stem from neighbors White Pine in front
near gate.
Remove 12″ dead White Pine near front gate.
Remove (3) 8″ dead Siberian Elms along Meeting House Rd.
Remove 14″ dead Siberian Elm along Meeting House Rd.
Remove 4″ Ash along Meeting House Rd.
Remove 16″ dead Siberian Elm along Meeting House Rd.
Remove 4 & 6″ dead Siberian Elms along Meeting House Rd.
Remove 14″ dying leaning Siberian Elm along Meeting House Rd.
Remove all wood & debris.
Grind stumps 4″ below grade and remove excess grindings.
*Shallow stump grinding in some areas near Siberian Elms.
Hazard prune 35″ White Pine in rear of property in rear of 9831 Fox Hill Road.
-Prune deadwood and hangers 3″ in diameter and larger.
Grind existing 20″ stump near gate.
Grind existing 30″ uprooting stump along Meeting House Rd.
Grind 8″ below grade and remove excess grindings.
