Dundalk came back from a 13-0 and 26-13 deficits by scoring 28 unanswered points to beat Meade 41-26 in the 4A playoffs.

The Owls started off slow and allowed a 75-yard rushing touchdown by Meade on their opening drive.

Dundalk was down 13-0 before its quarterback Micah Williams took the field as Meade scored its second touchdown after Dundalk fumbled a kickoff return.

The special team miscues would continue to hurt Dundalk early a botched snap on a punt resulted in a fourth and final touchdown for Meade.

Meade was up 26-20 and looking to kick a 40-yard field goal but that kick was blocked and returned by Owl defender Keith Barnes for a touchdown to end the half.

Dundalk started to dominate special teams in the second half as they recovered two onside kicks after two third quarter touchdowns.

The defense also shut down Meade in the second half.
Up 13-0, Meade was driving again but Owl defender Andre Andrades had a sack that forced a fumble and Kevin Bright recovered that fumble at the Meade 25.

That set up the first Dundalk touchdown of the game as Williams connected with AJ Smith on a 11-yard touchdown pass.

Williams also had a 42-yard touchdown pass to TJ Lambirth and a 50 yard touchdown pass to Jadyn Vergara.
