Eastern Tech, Patapsco & Perry Hall Big Winners Over Weekend

Eastern Tech, Patapsco & Perry Hall were the only local teams to pick up wins over the weekend and Patapsco and Perry Hall beat other local teams. Local teams went 1-5 against schools outside of eastern Baltimore County.

Eastern Tech 37 Towson 29

After going winless in 2023, Eastern Tech is now 2-2 after defeating Towson on Homecoming. The Mavericks play at Hereford next week.

Perry Hall 32 Dundalk 27
Corey Costner had two touchdowns including an interception return for a td in a big win over Dundalk. Jocquan Jenkins had two rushing touchdowns over 20 yards for the Owls. Perry Hall improves to 4-0 and plays at Catonsville. Dundalk is 3-1 and host Milford Mill.

Patapsco 16 Sparrows Point 13
Patapsco gets their first win of the year as they defeat Sparrows Point. The Patapsco defense held the Pointer to under 100 yards of offense. Nick Adkins had a touchdown and an interception on the afternoon. Sparrows Point’s Davison Naylor had an interception return for a touchdown. Sparrows Point is 2-2 and host Pikesville on Friday. Patapsco plays at Chesapeake next Saturday.

Loch Raven 20 Chesapeake 14
Chesapeake loss its third straight game as they fell to Loch Raven 20-14. The Bayhawks host Patapsco next Saturday.

St. Paul 24 Mount Carmel 7
Mount Carmel is 2-2 after losing on the road at St. Paul. Mount Carmel host John Carroll this Friday.

New Town 56 Parkville 16
Parkville started off 2-0 but has now lost two straight after a 56-16 defeat against New Town. Parkville host Overlea next Saturday.

North Harford 35 Kenwood 12
Kenwood falls to 0-4 after losing to North Harford. Kenwood will look for its first win at Franklin next Friday.

Owings Mills 24 Overlea 0
Overlea is upset at home by Owings Mills 24-0. Overlea is now 2-2 and plays at Parkville next week.
