Baltimore County Police reported a missing teenager from Essex. Sixteen-year-old Kayla Foard, 5’2, black hair with blond in front, approximately 125lbs. was last seen in the Essex area wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, gray pants. Anyone with information is requested to call 911 or 410-307-2020.
