Baltimore County homicide detectives have arrested a suspect in a Middle River fatal shooting that occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.
Officers initially responded to the 9900 block of Berliner Place in Middle River following reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located one person suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers administered CPR on the victim, as medics were en route to the scene.
The victim, 42-year-old Tyran Caulk, was later pronounced deceased.
Detectives have charged 18-year-old Elijah Sattler with first-degree murder, robbery, and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence.
The suspect remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review hearing.
