Marks Gives Update Lafarge Quarry Project Revoke Attempt

-The following statement was submitted by Councilman David Marks about his attempt to revoke the Planned Unit Development at the Lafarge Quarry in Middle River near Earls Road-

The Baltimore County Council will shortly consider my legislation to revoke the application for the Planned Unit Development at the Lafarge Quarry.

I believe there are too many unanswered questions regarding this PUD, and that consideration of any development should be part of the Master Plan and rezoning processes.
The Resolution is #15-23.
Regardless of your opinion on this project, it is very important that you make your opinion known. You can do so in two ways:
Email the Baltimore County Council at countycouncil@baltimorecountymd.gov and ask that your email be distributed to all members.
Speak at the virtual County Council meeting on Tuesday, May 30 at 4 p.m. You must sign up beforehand through www.baltimorecountymd.gov/countycouncil.

If you speak, you do not need to be long – just reference Resolution #15-23.
