UPDATE: MS. MOONEY HAS BEEN FOUND
Baltimore County Police reported that Valerie Ann Mooney, 55 years old, (5’7, 125 lbs).
He was last seen in the Middle River area on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. wearing a pink/purple shirt & maroon capri pants,
According to police, she drives a black Chevy Malibu MD reg. 3DRY72. She may be in distress.
