The National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington has issued a Tornado Warning for Perry Hall, Edgewood and Joppatowne until 12:30 a.m. A flash flood emergency is also in put in the Baltimore area until 3;15 a.m. A severe thunderstorm warning is in place for Edgemere, Middle River and Essex until 12:30 a.m.
