Baltimore County Police reported a loaded firearm was recovered from a 12-year-old who entered Golden Ring Middle School on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at approximately 2:20 p.m.
Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department have charged 45-year-old Heather Rao with allowing a minor to gain access to that firearm. The youth was not charged in the case due to his age.
