Baltimore County Police responded to the area of Rossville Boulevard and Franklin Square Drive in Rosedale on Saturday for a motor vehicle crash that involved a bicyclist.
Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Crash Team have determined the bicyclist was traveling eastbound on Rossville Boulevard on Aug. 26 at 8:08 p.m.
When she attempted to cross the roadway, a vehicle traveling westbound struck the bicyclist in the westbound lane. The driver did not remain at the scene.
The bicyclist, 46-year-old Aimee K. Whiteford, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
