The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported crews were investigating smoke coming from an apartment on Greenleigh Avenue in Middle River.
The fire was reported on Wednesday at 2:25 p.m.
Firefighters on scene confirmed smoke on several floors and determine the source was a dryer fire.
