UPDATE: It has been reported this incident has concluded without any further incident around 7:09 p.m.
Baltimore County Police reported officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of 62nd Street in Rosedale for a shots fired call on Wednesday around 3:46 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers assessed the situation and called for a barricade. There are no known injuries at this time, and the suspect is currently alone inside the location.
The Baltimore County Police Tactical and Hostage Negotiation Team responded and are trying to bring this incident to a peaceful conclusion.
Police are asking nearby residents to please stay out of the area until the all-clear has been given.
