Parkville Precinct Captain K. Fruhling presents Officer Schlegel with his award

Officer E. Schlegel, received his award the 2022 Officer of the Year Award.
He received this honor from the Parkville Precinct 8 and the Police Community Relations Council (PCRC 8) at last night’s meeting.
Officer Schlegel was selected for his continuous demonstration of professionalism, expertise and dedication to his fellow officers, the Parkville community and the residents of Baltimore County.
