White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported a vehicle fire on I-95 north just prior to New Forge Road on Saturday around 9:33 p.m.
No vehicle occupants were found upon arrival.
Witnesses report the driver left the burning car and started walking down the shoulder of the highway.
