The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported a Maryland State Police vehicle was struck while at the scene of another accident.
The incident was reported I-95 southbound just prior to the I-695 interchange in Rossville.
One patient was trapped in another vehicle and has been transported to a local hospital around midnight Tuesday morning.
The trooper was not in their vehicle at the time of the incident.
