Local leaders held a ribbon cutting for the new Bengies Community Center playground in Chase.
Baltimore County Rec. and Parks Director Bob Smith attended the event Saturday morning along with Baltimore County Councilman David Marks, Delegate Ryan Nawrocki and members of the Bengies-Chase Recreation Council.
According to Marks, the county aims to build or replace 25 playgrounds every year.
