Councilman David Marks annouced that Baltimore County DEPS plans to conduct another round of helicopter application of midge treatment on the upper Back River over two days this week.
The application is scheduled to occur on Monday, September 11 and Tuesday, September 12.
“As always, the timing and dates are dependent on changing wind and weather conditions and may be adjusted,” Marks said.
