Maryland Waterways Foundation will hold a Nottingham cleanup on Friday, March 29 on 4300 block Fitch Avenue.
The cleanup will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“This is the start of Stemmers Run which flows to Back River and then out to the Chesapeake Bay. Great way to give back and get outside during Spring break! All supplies provided and even lunch! Plenty of flat areas for all ages and some areas where we could use more agile persons. Hope to see you on Friday, 10-1,” said a statement from Maryland Waterways Foundation.
There is a another scheduled cleanup near Red House Run Elementary School on Saturday, March 30.
