Councilman David Marks announced improvements will be made next month to better facilitate access by walkers to Gunpowder Elementary School in Perry Hall.
“The project involves improvements to pathways that connect Gunpowder Elementary School, including repairs to the existing sidewalk at Lovebird Court,” Marks explained.
“This should not only help students who walk to the school, but also individuals with disabilities and those using strollers.”
