Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 43-year-old Keith H. Savage with Second Degree Rape, Sexual Abuse of a Minor, and Child pornography, along with other sexual offense charges.
Savage was granted bail and is currently on home detention.
For several years, Savage was active in numerous foster care programs; police are searching for any additional victims that may have been in his care.
