Dundalk officers reported a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Dundalk on Tuesday.
When officers arrived, they discovered that 19-year-old Todd Hines Jr., was struck by a 2006 Ford F-250 that left the scene traveling southbound on North Point Boulevard.
According to police, officers were able to locate and stop the vehicle.
Through investigative measures, Crash Team members determined that the operator of the Ford F-250 was responsible for striking Todd Hines Jr.
Charges are pending.
