Sixteen-Year-Old Male Missing From Middle River Area

Baltimore County Police reported that 16-year-old Isaiah Powell (5’7″, 135 lbs.) is missing from the Middle River area. 

Police said his hair is currently black and he was last seen wearing gray pants, a black shirt, and grey shoes.
