Maryland Transportation Authority provided a Key Bridge demolition update (and photos) as there was a mechanical demolition of the north side of the existing bridge. It was reported crews removed 10 girder spans and have demolished five columns using a large excavator equipped with an extended boom and mechanical demolition hammer.
