Chesapeake Patriot 5K Run and 1K Walk will take place on Saturday, Nov. 8 at Gunpowder Falls State Park, Graces Quarters Road in Chase.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., opening ceremonies start at 9 a.m. and the run and walk starts at 9:15 a.m.
The event is held by the Chesapeake Bay Association, Inc. All proceeds raised go towards environmental and scholarship programs.
Register as an individual or bring a team of friends, family, and co-workers to run, walk, or stroll.
This is a celebration and remembrance of our veterans and all patriotic Americans.
Everyone is recommended to wear red, white and blue. Awards and cash prizes to winning runners. Awards to walkers and by age groups.
