The new North Point Association announced they are hosting a series of Community Forums during this upcoming election season.
The first forum is scheduled on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 6:30 p.m. and will feature the candidates of the new County Council District 9.
Tim Fazenbaker, JD Urbach and Arkia Wade have all been invited to the event. District 9 covers Rosedale, Dundalk and Sparrows Point.
All candidates will receive the same questions about topics in the community and receive the same amount of time to respond.
This is not a political event but an informational opportunity for residents to hear ideas from the candidates. No campaigning is allowed at the event.
Once again the new North Point Association meeting will be held at the Baltimore County Public Library Essex branch as the North Point branch’s meeting room is still under renovations.
