Baltimore County Public Schools announced all schools and offices will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 28 due to the ongoing impact of the winter storm and hazardous road conditions.
“Essential” employees will report on time for their assigned shift or may request from the appropriate supervisor to use leave time.
“Essential as Needed” employees will report to work as directed or may request from the appropriate supervisor to use leave time. All activities are canceled for Jan. 28.
Then schools and offices will open two hours late on Thursday. Jan. 28.
An update will be provided by Wednesday evening if there are any changes to the BCPS operating status for Jan. 29.
