Graduates of Chesapeake, Eastern Technical and Franklin high schools are featured on the May 23 episode of Amazon Prime’s “The College Tour” show. The episode, which can be viewed now on the CCBC blog, focuses on highlighting the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) from student and alumni perspectives.

The BCPS graduates featured are:
• Anderson Jaggernauth, a Chesapeake High School and CCBC alum, employed as an information technology field support specialist for a national phone company.

• Kalla Lavender, a Franklin High School alum, a CCBC sophomore studying cybersecurity and serving as an executive member of the CCBC Student Government Association.

• Asia Lee, Eastern Technical High School alum, a CCBC sophomore and aspiring English teacher engaged in the college’s Honors Program.

The longstanding partnership between BCPS and CCBC includes an expanded Tuition-Free Program, enabling BCPS students to take an unlimited number of courses (credit and non-credit) free of tuition, fees, and book expenses; an annual college fair; and early college programs at Dundalk and Woodlawn high schools offering students the opportunity to graduate from Grade 12 with both a high school diploma and an associate degree.
