White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported it crews and other units are on the scene of a building fire at 4301 Ebenezer Rd near Belair Road in Perry Hall. Heavy smoke from the basement was reported on Thursday, Nov. 7 around 4 p.m. Second alarm has been requested.
