Baltimore County Police reported 15-year-old Chela Mischell Whiting (5’03”, 120 lbs.)is missing. She was last seen at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20 in the Perry Hall area. She has red hair and is wearing a red hoodie, black pants, black sneakers, and a black backpack. Anyone with information, please call 911 or 410-307-2020.
